- For on-the-spot guidance and assistance about the services public may contact HELP DESK at the entrance of the office.
- All the required forms are available in the Help Desk free of cost.
- For the suggestion/feedback of the citizens based on their experience in the office, a suggestion box is installed. This box will be opened by the Deputy Commissioner for Transport.
- On receipt of the application, acknowledgement will be issued duly mentioning the date and time for delivery of the documents.
- Public Grievances Register is maintained in the Help Desk to enable the public to register their complaint/grievance. This will be followed up and attended promptly.
PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS:
For the redressal of the grievances citizens are requested to contact the NODAL OFFICER (Pubic relations and grievances) whose telephone numbers are indicated below. The Departmental Nodal Officers (Pubic relations and grievances) will acknowledge/respond to your grievances immediately. Suitable action on the complaint will be taken depending upon its nature.
