A. PROCEDURE FOR NOTING HYPOTHECATION/ HIRE PURCHASE/LEASE AGREEMENT.
 

Application & Documents Required:

  1. Application form CMV 34 in Dupliacte
  2. Registration Certificate (RC Book).
  3. Fitness Certificate in case of Transport vehicle.
  4. Tax Card.
  5. Insurance Certificate.
  6. Pollution Under Control Certificate.
  7. Fee Rs 100/- (to be paid at RTO Cash Counter) .

    The application along with documents shall be submitted at Registration Section.

    Deliver of Documents: Same day between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm

B. PROCEDURE FOR TERMINATION OF HYPOTHECATION/ HIRE PURCHASE/LEASE AGREEMENT.

Application & Documents Required:

  1. Application form CMV 35 in Dupliacte along with Confirmation letter from the financier.
  2. Registration Certificate (RC Book).
  3. Fitness Certificate in case of Transport vehicle.
  4. Tax Card.
  5. Insurance Certificate.
  6. Pollution Under Control Certificate.
  7. Fee Rs 100/- (to be paid at RTO Cash Counter) 

The application along with documents shall be submitted at Registration Section.

Deliver of Documents: Same day between 4:30pm and 5:30 pm
